Humble Beginnings

Taz-E-Bear was born in the remote and rural Southern town of Skids, Maryland. He was the “love” puppy of a tough and wise Southern gal, “Frizz-E-Bear” and a wealthy Southern gentleman, “Logie” Winchester the Third, also known as “the Big L”. Unfortunately, the “Big L” got lost after Taz-E was born, and Frizz-E had to fend for herself and her new puppy.

Fortunately, Frizz-E met some other bitches like herself, and they learned how to survive in the world of back alleys and fire escapes. Taz-E was only a pawstep behind when Frizz-E and the other bitches went on their dinner-time trash can raids in the back alleys of Skids. The Big L was permanently unavailable and probably dining with his upper-crust family on beef tenderloin and fingerling potato scraps.

Frizz-E-Bear

After meeting "The Big L", Frizz-E-Bear had many "bad fur days". Weight loss is never a problem when you're living on "trashcan cuisine".

It's business as usual for "The Big L", pictured here in his favorite reclining position. He clearly does not want to be disturbed.
